Our legacy.

In Bedford, our gym stands as a testament to the evolution of fitness culture.

Initially opened in 2007 and having undergone transformations from Golds Gym to World Gym, it found its true identity in 2019 under the banner of Gainz Fitness & Strength.

A sprawling 12,500 square feet space on an industrial estate, it's equipped with an unrivalled collection of strength equipment from the likes of Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Gym80 and Prime USA.

But Gainz Bedford is more than just muscle; it's a sanctuary for diverse fitness disciplines, featuring a yoga studio, a lower body zone, a posing studio, and a vibrant cycle studio.

In St Neots, we challenged the status quo back in 2017, merging the quality of a premium gym with the convenience of 24/7 access, all nestled within a welcoming 3,500-square-foot facility in the heart of town.

Gainz Fitness & Strength in St Neots embodies our belief that excellence and accessibility can coexist, featuring top-tier equipment from Panatta to Eleiko in an environment that's as nurturing for new mums as it is for pro-card-holding bodybuilders.
